Sisi, house of style: handmade mugs with something to say

Sisi, house of style is an Amsterdam-based ceramic brand by Slovenian designer Silvia Jerman, who works somewhere between Amsterdam and Ljubljana - and it shows. The look is Nordic; the colour is anything but restrained.

Each mug is handmade and produced in Europe: dipped in colour, with the lettering placed by hand. Which means no two are exactly alike - right down to a slight variation in weight. The words are the point. Love, in every language, and a few cheekier lines for good measure.

Made to mix and match, and to make the daily coffee feel a little more deliberate. Produced in Europe, which keeps the supply chain short and the quality high.

A mug is a small thing. This one still manages to say something.
