Processing

Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed before 11:00 are processed the same day. You will receive an order confirmation by email and a shipping confirmation with track & trace as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery in Belgium

Deliveries in Belgium are made via bpost or an equivalent carrier. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Orders of €50 or more ship free within Belgium.

Delivery to neighbouring countries (NL, FR, DE, LU)

For orders to the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg we work with DPD or an equivalent carrier. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Undelivered or missing parcels

Check your track & trace for the latest status. Was your parcel not delivered, or does it appear to be missing? Contact us via hello@supermerci.be.

Returns

Returns are handled entirely through our returns portal (Sendcloud).
