Article 1 – General provisions
The e-commerce website of supermerci BV offers its customers the possibility to purchase products online. These General Terms and Conditions apply to every order. By placing an order, the Customer expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 – Price
All prices are in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs are stated separately before completing the order.
Article 3 – Offer
Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on supermerci.
Article 4 – Online purchases
An order is final upon receipt of the order confirmation by email. Payments are processed via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact).
Article 5 – Gift cards
Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Not redeemable for cash.
Article 6 – Delivery
Delivery times are indicative. supermerci is not liable for delays caused by the carrier. The risk passes to the Customer upon physical possession.
Article 7 – Retention of title
Items remain the property of supermerci until full payment has been received.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
The Customer has 14 calendar days after receipt to withdraw. Returns via the Sendcloud returns portal. Return costs are borne by the Customer. Refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the return, excluding shipping costs.
Article 9 – Warranty
The statutory conformity warranty applies.
