Return policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

How do I create a return?

Returns are handled entirely through our returns portal (Sendcloud). After registering your return via the link in your order confirmation, you will automatically receive a return label and instructions. No prior request to our customer service is required.

Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unused, with all included accessories. Items that have decreased in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the product may be charged to the customer.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding the original shipping costs) via the original payment method, within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The customer bears the cost of the return shipment.

Exceptions

Personalised items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Damage on delivery

Check your order upon receipt. Report damaged or incorrect items immediately via hello@supermerci.be.
