Shipping in Belgium is €6.50, and free from €75. Order on a working day before 3 pm and your parcel leaves the same day. It usually arrives within 1 to 2 working days. As soon as it's on its way, you'll get an email with track & trace.

Yes, to the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg. Shipping is €12, and free from €120. Count on 2 to 5 working days. For other countries, mail us at hello@supermerci.be and we'll see what's possible.

Yes, and it's free. In your cart, tick "In the package" for every item you want wrapped. Everything you tick goes together in one package. A handwritten note is free too: add your message in the cart and we'll write it out for you.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind. Register your return via the returns portal link in your order confirmation, and you'll automatically get a return label and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost. We refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your return. Gift cards and personalised items can't be returned.

Sorry about that. Mail us right away at hello@supermerci.be, ideally with a photo, and we'll send you a new one or refund you.

Orders placed before 3 pm usually leave the same day, so be quick. Mail hello@supermerci.be with your order number and we'll do what we can as long as the parcel hasn't left. Already on its way? Then you can simply return it.

Yes, digital (straight to the inbox) or physical (in a little box). Redeemable on the full range and valid for 12 months.
