Le Bon Shoppe began in 2017 in a Los Angeles apartment, between friends who'd met working in the fashion industry.
Slow fashion isn't a positioning strategy for Le Bon Shoppe - it's just how they work. Each style is produced in a limited run, calculated to sell out without a surplus. No overstock, no end-of-season clearance, no waste. Factories are treated as partners, not suppliers, and the collection stays seasonless: no endless drops, no trend-chasing.
The socks - Her Socks, the original - are the brand in miniature. Classically ribbed, knit to exactly the right height, made in small batches in South Korea. The founders stay out of the spotlight and let the products do the talking.
