Who has access to your data?

Only Shopify (e-commerce platform), Sendcloud (shipping and returns) and payment processors. We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties.

Why do we process your data?

To process and deliver your order, manage payments, send delivery notifications, handle complaints and — with your consent — send newsletters.

What data do we process?

Identity and contact details: name, address, email address, phone number.
Payment details: payment method and confirmation (no card details).
Traffic data: click behaviour, navigation and cookies.

How long do we keep your data?

As long as you are an active customer. Transaction data: 7 years (statutory retention obligation).

Your rights (GDPR)

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection via hello@supermerci.be. You can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
